For telephonic bookings, call the national Intercity contact centre at 010 822 9000 and provide your voucher code. How the voucher code works: R100 voucher. 1. The voucher amount will be deducted from your total fare upon payment. 2. Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed at Shoprite or Checkers. 3. You can use only one voucher per customer, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. 4. The voucher is valid solely for return trips within South Africa and cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers. 5. For complete terms and conditions, visit www.intercity.co.za. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the passengers and date/time specified. 6. Ensure all ticket details are correct, as any changes will invalidate the ticket. 7. Replacement tickets are required for trip changes, and positive identification may be requested when boarding. 8. Fares are subject to change; only the fare at purchase is binding. 9. Intercity Xpress reserves the right to refuse admission but will refund ticket holders if necessary. 10. Arrive 30 minutes before departure; unfilled seats 10 minutes prior will be sold to standby passengers. 11. Tickets can be cancelled with a 20% fee if done at least 6 hours before departure, with refunds processed within 15 working days. 12. Cancellations due to death or hospitalization will also incur a 20% fee. 13. Rebooking is possible up to 3 hours before departure with a 20% fee; rebooked tickets are non-refundable. 14. No rebooking or refund is available if you miss the bus. 15. Voucher codes cannot be stacked or combined.
